My name is Sheri Schirmer. This is my third year of serving Ansley as the Speech Language Pathologist. I have been happily married to Tony for 27 years living in Ravenna. Tony is a math teacher and coach at RHS. Our daughter, Kassie is a 6th grade teacher at Columbus Middle school and her husband Aaron Neujahr is a Special Education teacher at Columbus Lakeview. We have two sons. Kobe is in his final year of Mechanical Engineering at UNL and Kooper is a Senior at Ravenna. I'm a lucky lady to have such an awesome family.
I worked at Educational Service Unit #10 for ten years and served mainly the Greeley and Wolbach areas. I had a dream, however, to own my own business. I stepped away from Speech Pathology to be a florist in Ravenna with my own shop for 12 years. My parents were business owners and it was in my blood. I enjoyed my job but secretly missed teaching a great deal. I had a young girl approach me about buying my business, I called ESU #10, and two weeks later I had sold my business and once again was a Speech Pathologist. I was placed in Ansley and I love it here! This is a great school with an awesome staff! I'm revitalized and enjoy coming to work every day!
